Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers pure sine wave inverters for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

Overview
A 3,000-watt, 12-volt inverter with a built-in transfer switch for RVs
The NOVA 3K12, now sold by Rich Solar as the NOVA SWITCH 3K, is a 3,000-watt, 12-volt pure sine wave inverter with a built-in 30A automatic transfer switch. It delivers 6,000W of surge power for 5 seconds, less than 5% total harmonic distortion and up to 91% efficiency.
With shore power or a generator connected, AC passes through; when it drops, loads move to the battery in under 20ms. Output is selectable (108/110/120V, 50/60Hz), the unit can follow the vehicle ignition, and an LCD shows voltage, power and fault codes. It does not charge batteries.

Control
Smart operation
It accepts utility grid or generator power on the AC input and runs loads from a 12V battery when that power is not available.
