Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers MPPT charge controllers for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

Overview
A 40-amp MPPT controller for 12V or 24V systems up to 1,100W
Rich Solar's 40 Amp MPPT solar charge controller charges 12V or 24V batteries and detects the system voltage automatically. It accepts up to 100V of solar input and handles up to 550W of panels at 12V or 1,100W at 24V, with MPPT tracking efficiency above 99%.
An LCD and LED indicators show system status and error codes, and a 20A load output can run DC loads. It works with sealed, gel, flooded and lithium batteries, and an RS232 port connects the optional BT-1 Bluetooth module for wireless monitoring.
