Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers MPPT charge controllers for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

A 40-amp, 12V/24V MPPT charge controller with built-in Bluetooth
The BRAVO 40 is Rich Solar's 40-amp MPPT charge controller for 12V and 24V batteries. It detects system voltage automatically, accepts up to 100V open-circuit voltage and is rated at more than 99.5% MPPT tracking efficiency.
Built-in Bluetooth links it to a smartphone app, and the LCD shows solar input and battery status. It supports eight lead-acid and lithium battery types plus custom settings, and Rich Solar recommends up to 600W of solar at 12V or 1,200W at 24V.
Efficient solar charging
The BRAVO 40 uses a true MPPT algorithm with multi-peak detection to keep tracking well in changing sun or partial shade.
