Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

Overview
A wired LCD remote panel for NOVA SWITCH and SUPERCHARGER inverters
The RS-RM02 is Rich Solar's wired remote panel for NOVA SWITCH and NOVA SUPERCHARGER series inverters. It turns the inverter on or off, switches operating modes and adjusts settings, and its backlit LCD shows voltage, load and battery status.
Fault codes, a dual-color LED and a buzzer flag problems. The panel flush-mounts in a 4.33 × 2.32 in cut-out with at least 1.97 in of depth and connects to the inverter with an RJ12 communication cable. The four mounting screws are not included. This is the non-Bluetooth version.
