Inverter Remote Controller with LCD - Wall-Mount Meter for NOVA SWITCH & SUPERCHARGER

The basic wall panel for Rich Solar's NOVA SWITCH and NOVA SUPERCHARGER inverters. One RJ12 cable, a flush cut-out, and you can switch the inverter on and off, change modes and read voltage and load without opening the locker the inverter lives in.

What it does

• Backlit LCD reading live voltage and load.
• On/off, mode switching and settings adjustment from the panel.
• Fault warning through a dual-colour LED, a numeric fault code and a buzzer.
• Flame-retardant ABS housing that Rich Solar rates for shock and vibration.
• RJ12 plug-and-play connection - no configuration, no pairing.

Fitting it

• Panel measures 5.35 x 3.39 x 1.26 inches (136 x 86 x 32 mm).
• Cut-out is 4.33 x 2.32 inches (110 x 59 mm) and you need at least 1.97 inches (50 mm) of clear depth behind it.
• Compatible only with NOVA SWITCH and NOVA SUPERCHARGER inverters. NOVA PURE owners need the RS-RM01.

How it compares, and one claim to ignore

• The RS-RM03 fits the same cut-out for about eight dollars more and adds Bluetooth with app control, bypass mode, AGM/lithium/custom charge profiles, and current plus battery-status readings on top of voltage and load. Unless you specifically want the simpler panel, the RM03 is the better buy at that gap. We are telling you that rather than letting you find out afterwards.
• Rich Solar's page for this product opens with a "High Power Capacity (Cables)" claim - 37.7A at 600V through UL1015 8AWG tin-plated copper. That specification does not belong to a wall-mounted LCD panel that connects by RJ12 telephone cable, and appears to be text carried over from a different product. We are not repeating it as a feature of this remote.
