- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers the ALPHA LITE series for 5 years on a prorated schedule: 100% in year 1, 80% in year 2, 60% in year 3, 40% in year 4 and 20% in year 5.

A 12-volt, 100Ah lithium battery with smart BMS protection
The ALPHA 1 LITE is Rich Solar's lightweight 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery. It stores 1,280Wh, is rated for 4,000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge, and supports up to 100A of continuous discharge.
It has no internal heater or Bluetooth. Instead, a smart BMS stops charging below 32°F and guards against overheating, and the case is UL94 V-0 rated flame-retardant plastic. Up to four batteries can run in parallel for RVs, boats, cabins and off-grid systems.
Low-temperature and overheat protection
The battery protects itself from extreme temperatures by stopping charge or discharge before damage can occur.

Smart BMS for safe and reliable power
A built-in BMS guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuits and low-temperature charging, and balances the cells.
