Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. MPPT charge controllers carry a 2-year prorated warranty.

A 300-watt, 12-volt solar kit for RVs, trailers, boats and cabins
The 300 Watt Solar Kit combines three 100W, 12V MEGA 100 panels (RS-M100) with a BRAVO 40 40A MPPT charge controller (RS-MPPT40P). Rich Solar estimates about 1.1kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours.
Solar and battery cables, three sets of Z-brackets and a 10A inline fuse holder come in the box, and Rich Solar's diagram wires the panels in series. The controller detects 12V or 24V systems, supports lead-acid and lithium batteries, and has an LCD and built-in Bluetooth. Battery and inverter are not included.
