Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty

A Bluetooth module for Rich Solar 20A–60A MPPT controllers
The BT-1 is Rich Solar's Bluetooth module for its 20A, 30A, 40A and 60A MPPT solar charge controllers. It plugs into the controller's RJ12 communication port and lets you monitor and control the controller from a smartphone app over Bluetooth 4.0.
It takes its power from the controller, using 0.04W on standby and 0.05W in operation, and reaches up to 50 ft (15 m). The IP67 housing has two mounting holes and a 16.4 ft (5 m) cable.
Wireless monitoring and control
The BT-1 lets you monitor and control a compatible Rich Solar MPPT controller from a smartphone app over Bluetooth.

Powered by the controller
