Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. MPPT charge controllers carry a 2-year prorated warranty.

Overview
A 1200-watt, 24-volt solar kit for RVs, cabins, trailers and boats
The 1200 Watt 24V Solar Kit combines six 200W MEGA 200 panels (RS-M200) with a 60A MPPT charge controller (RS-MPPT60) for a 24V battery bank. Rich Solar estimates about 4.3kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours, and the controller tracks at up to 99% efficiency.
Solar and battery cables, Y branch parallel adapters, a 30A inline fuse holder and six sets of Z-brackets come in the box; Rich Solar's diagram wires the panels in series/parallel. The controller recognizes 12V to 48V systems and accepts up to 150V of PV input. Battery and inverter are not included.
