Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. MPPT charge controllers carry a 2-year prorated warranty.

A 100-watt, 12-volt solar kit for RVs, trailers, boats and cabins
The 100 Watt Solar Kit pairs one 100W, 12V MEGA 100 monocrystalline panel (RS-M100) with a 20A MPPT charge controller (RS-MPPT20). Rich Solar estimates about 0.4kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours, and the controller tracks at up to 99% efficiency.
Cables, a set of Z-brackets and a 10A inline fuse holder come in the box. The controller detects 12V or 24V systems and charges sealed, gel, flooded and lithium batteries. It suits RVs, trailers, boats, cabins and sheds. Battery and inverter are not included.

One 100W monocrystalline MEGA 100 panel produces approximately 0.4kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours.

Four-step wiring
