Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 3-year warranty on the 5000W inverter, a 10-year warranty on the lithium batteries, and a 12-year material and workmanship warranty with a 25-year performance warranty on the 370W panels. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

A 5kW, 120V off-grid solar kit for cabins and mid-sized homes
The SGM-5K10M is SunGoldPower's 5000W, 48V off-grid solar kit with 120V output. It combines a 5000W pure sine wave inverter with Wi-Fi monitoring, two 51.2V 100Ah wall-mounted LiFePO4 batteries (10.24kWh) and six 370W monocrystalline panels (2,220W).
SunGoldPower sizes it for mid-sized off-grid homes and remote cabins. Mounting Z-brackets, breakers and cables are included, and the system can grow: up to six identical inverters can run in parallel for 120V, 240V split-phase or 208V three-phase output, and more batteries and panels can be added.
