Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

A 5000W, 48V solar inverter charger with 100A MPPT and parallel kit
The SPH5048P is SunGoldPower's 5000W, 48V all-in-one solar inverter charger. It pairs a 120V pure sine wave inverter (10,000VA peak) with a 100A MPPT solar charger that takes up to 5,500W of PV at up to 500V, plus a 40A AC charger.
Up to six units can run in parallel for 30kW, including 120V/240V split phase and 208V three-phase. It switches to battery within 10 ms when mains power drops, works with lead-acid and lithium batteries (RS485 for BMS), supports anti-backflow grid connection, and SunGoldPower publishes a UL 1741 certificate for this model.
100A MPPT with up to 5,500W of solar
The built-in MPPT controller accepts up to 500V open-circuit and 5,500W of PV, with a 120-450V tracking range.
