Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's product page and data sheet list a 10-year warranty for this battery, starting on the date of purchase. Coverage is for the original buyer and excludes misuse, modification and unauthorized repair.

A 51.2-volt, 5.12kWh wall-mounted battery for home solar storage
The SG48100M is SunGoldPower's 51.2V 100Ah wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery. It stores 5.12kWh, is rated for 7,000+ cycles with a 15-year design life, and comes with a 10-year warranty and UL1973 certification.
The BMS communicates over RS232, RS485 and CAN and works with most inverters, including SunGoldPower, Growatt, Deye and Victron. Up to 63 batteries can run in parallel, and the built-in LCD shows voltage and state of charge.
Built-in LCD display
The LCD shows battery voltage and state of charge, with menus for analog info, BMS status, parameter and system settings.
Intelligent BMS
The battery management system monitors cell voltage, current and temperature and protects against overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating and short circuit.
