Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

A 3,000-watt, 12-volt pure sine wave inverter for RVs, vans and boats
The NOVA PURE 3K is Rich Solar's 3,000-watt pure sine wave inverter. It turns 12V DC battery power into 120V AC at 60Hz, with 6,000W of surge power, less than 3% total harmonic distortion and more than 88% efficiency.
It works with 12V deep-cycle and lithium (BMS) batteries and has three AC outlets plus a 5V/2.1A USB port. A wired remote ON/OFF switch, a thermally controlled fan, a built-in DC fuse and overload, voltage, temperature and short-circuit protection suit it to RVs, campers and boats.
