Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

A wired LCD remote for Rich Solar NOVA PURE and PURE MAX inverters
The RS-RM01 is Rich Solar's wired remote control for its NOVA PURE inverters. A backlit LCD shows inverter voltage, output power, battery status and fault information, with symbol-based alerts for quick diagnosis.
It works with models RS-V1P12, RS-V2P12, RS-V3P12, RS-V2P24 and RS-V3P24, and connects to the inverter's control port with a 6 m (19.69 ft) shielded RJ45 cable. The remote flush-mounts on two holes spaced 3.01 in apart. Rich Solar refers installers to the inverter's user manual for setup.
