Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers hybrid inverters for 3 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1, 65% in year 2 and 30% in year 3.

A 3,000-watt, 24-volt hybrid inverter with an 80A MPPT solar charger
The NOVA MAX 3K is Rich Solar's 3,000-watt, 24-volt off-grid hybrid inverter. It combines a pure sine wave inverter with a 6,000W surge, an 80A MPPT solar charge controller that takes up to 3,000W of solar at 90–230V DC, and a utility or generator battery charger.
It works with lead-acid and lithium batteries, and the LCD sets how solar, battery and grid power are prioritized. Grid or generator power passes through with a 10ms (UPS) transfer, and the unit restarts on its own when AC returns. Built-in Wi-Fi works with the WatchPower app.
