Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid MEGA panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. Rich Solar's product FAQ rates output at more than 95% after 5 years, 90% after 10 years and 80% after 25 years.

A 24-volt, 250-watt N-Type panel for RVs, cabins and off-grid systems
The MEGA 250 PRO is Rich Solar's 250-watt, 24-volt rigid panel. Its 128 N-Type TOPCon cells with 16 busbars reach up to 25.1% cell efficiency, with a 0 to +5W positive power tolerance.
The higher voltage means fewer panels and simpler wiring: one panel supports 12V or 24V systems, and two or more power 48V+ systems. It weighs 26.9 lb, has pre-drilled holes and 4 ft MC4 cables, and works with PWM or MPPT controllers.

Do I need an inverter just to charge an RV or boat battery?
No. To charge a battery you need the panel and a charge controller. Add an inverter when you want to run AC appliances, like a TV or refrigerator, from that battery.
Can the panel drain my battery at night?
Not with a solar charge controller installed. The controller prevents reverse current from flowing back from the battery to the panel.
Will it work in winter or on cloudy days?
Yes. The panel produces power wherever there's sunlight, and cooler temperatures can improve performance. Output drops on cloudy days, and snow, shade or dirt on the panel stops production, so keep it clear.
Can the panel overcharge my battery?
Only if it's connected without a charge controller, which is why you should always use one with a battery.
