Shipping & handling

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers hybrid inverters for 3 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1, 65% in year 2 and 30% in year 3.

A 6,500-watt, 48-volt hybrid inverter for cabins, homes and off-grid
The NOVA 6548 is Rich Solar's 6,500-watt, 48-volt off-grid hybrid inverter. It combines a pure sine wave inverter with 13,000W of surge power, dual MPPT solar inputs for up to 8,000W of PV at 90–230V DC, and a utility or generator charger, with up to 120A of battery charge current.
It works with AGM, gel, flooded and lithium batteries and talks to a lithium BMS over RS485, CAN-BUS or RS232 through its detachable LCD module. Up to 6 units run in parallel, including split-phase setups, transfer time is 10ms in UPS mode, and it is certified to UL 1741.
