- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid MEGA panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years.

A 24-volt, 400-watt panel for grid-tie and off-grid systems
The MEGA 400 is Rich Solar's 400-watt, 24-volt rigid panel. Its 108 monocrystalline cells with 10 busbars reach up to 23.2% cell efficiency, and the 0 to +5W power tolerance means you get at least the rated output.
It works with on-grid and off-grid inverters and is rated for a 1500VDC maximum system voltage. The anodized aluminum frame has 8 pre-drilled holes for Z-bracket, tilt, pole or ground mounts. Rich Solar ships the MEGA 400 by pallet only, and we offer packs of 8, 10 or 12 panels.

Multi-busbar monocrystalline cells improve light trapping and current collection, reaching up to 23.2% cell efficiency.
