Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.
- Rich Solar and SunGoldPower products ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum. Lensun shipping is based on weight and shown at checkout.
- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers the ALPHA PRO series for 10 years on a prorated schedule: full replacement in years 1 to 3, then partial coverage that steps down each year, from 85% in year 4 to 5% in year 10.

A 48-volt, 5.12kWh rack battery with heating, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
The ALPHA 5 PRO is Rich Solar's 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO₄ server rack battery. It stores 5,120Wh, is rated for 7,000+ cycles at 70% depth of discharge, and is UL 1973 certified.
A built-in 150W heater lets it charge in freezing weather, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth monitoring in the RICH SOLAR app shows real-time battery status. RS485 and CAN protocols work with major inverter brands, and up to 30 units can run in parallel for off-grid homes, RVs and residential backup.

A built-in 150W heater warms the cells so the battery can charge safely in freezing weather.
