Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.
- Rich Solar and SunGoldPower products ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum. Lensun shipping is based on weight and shown at checkout.
- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers hybrid inverters for 3 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1, 65% in year 2 and 30% in year 3.

A 6,500-watt, 48-volt hybrid inverter with a 5-inch touchscreen
The NOVA 6500S is Rich Solar's 6,500-watt, 48-volt off-grid hybrid inverter with a 5-inch LCD touchscreen and RGB status lights. It pairs a pure sine wave inverter (13,000VA surge) with dual MPPT inputs for up to 8,000W of PV at 90–230V DC and up to 120A of solar or AC charging.
It works with AGM, gel, flooded and lithium batteries, has a reserved BMS port (RS485, CAN-BUS or RS232) and built-in Wi-Fi for the RICH SOLAR app. Up to 6 units run in parallel, including split-phase, and the fan is replaceable. It is certified to UL 1741.
Hybrid power
A 6,500W pure sine wave inverter with 13,000VA surge capacity powers homes, cabins, RVs and off-grid systems.
