Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

Overview
A 24-volt, 430-watt bifacial panel for grid-tie and off-grid arrays
The MEGA 430 BIFACIAL is Rich Solar's 430-watt, 24-volt bifacial panel. Its 108 N-Type TOPCon cells with 14 busbars reach up to 25.1% cell efficiency, and the back side adds up to 25% more power depending on the albedo of the surface below.
It has 2.0 mm tempered glass on the front and rear, is rated for a 1500VDC maximum system voltage and works with on-grid and off-grid inverters. The anodized aluminum frame has 12 pre-drilled holes for Z-bracket, tilt, pole or ground mounts. Rich Solar ships it by pallet only, and we offer packs of 8, 10 or 12 panels.
