Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers hybrid inverters for 3 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1, 65% in year 2 and 30% in year 3.

A 6,500-watt, 48-volt hybrid inverter with 550V solar input
The NOVA 6K is Rich Solar's 6,500-watt, 48-volt off-grid hybrid inverter. It pairs a pure sine wave inverter with 13,000VA of surge capacity and a 120A MPPT solar charger that accepts up to 550V DC and 8,000W of PV across two inputs, and it also charges from utility or generator power.
It works with AGM, gel, flooded and lithium batteries and talks to a lithium BMS over RS485, CAN-BUS or RS232. Built-in Wi-Fi allows app monitoring, the LCD control module is detachable, up to 6 units can run in parallel, and it is UL 1741 certified.
