Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

The MEGA 200 Portable Briefcase Charging Kit pairs Rich Solar's 200-watt, 12-volt folding panel with a waterproof 20A solar charge controller for battery charging. Monocrystalline cells reach up to 23.2% efficiency, and the panel folds into a 33.1 × 26.4 × 2.4 in briefcase that weighs 26.0 lb.
Built-in kickstands angle it to the sun, and 5 ft pre-attached cables with MC4 connectors make it a plug-and-play kit. Tempered glass, an aluminum frame, corner protection and an IP67-rated design suit RVs, boats, camping, cabins and off-grid battery charging.
