Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

A 10-amp, 12V waterproof PWM charge controller with LCD display
The BRAVO Waterproof 10 is Rich Solar's 10-amp PWM charge controller for 12V battery systems, sealed in an IP65 enclosure. It accepts up to 150W of solar and 25V open-circuit voltage, and charges lithium-ion, LiFePO4, LTO, gel, AGM, flooded and calcium batteries with a 6-stage profile.
An LCD and LED indicators show battery voltage, charge current and charging status. It mounts on a wall with the supplied spacers and screws, reactivates BMS-protected lithium batteries and has a port for an optional temperature sensor. It uses common-positive grounding.
Intelligent battery charging
PWM charging with MOSFET switching and a 6-stage smart charging profile keeps 12V batteries charged efficiently.
