Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers MPPT charge controllers for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

A 30-amp, 12V/24V MPPT charge controller with built-in Bluetooth
The BRAVO 30 is Rich Solar's 30-amp MPPT charge controller for 12V and 24V batteries. It detects system voltage automatically, accepts up to 100V open-circuit voltage and is rated at 99.5% or better MPPT tracking efficiency.
Built-in Bluetooth connects to the RICH SOLAR app, and the LCD shows solar input and battery status. It charges lithium and lead-acid batteries, mounts indoors on a vertical surface, and Rich Solar recommends up to 500W of solar at 12V or 1,000W at 24V.
Efficient solar charging
The BRAVO 30's MPPT algorithm with multi-peak tracking harvests more solar energy as sunlight changes or panels are partly shaded.
