Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.
- Rich Solar and SunGoldPower products ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum. Lensun shipping is based on weight and shown at checkout.
- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers ALPHA batteries and its LiFePO₄ server rack battery for 5 years on a prorated schedule: 100% in year 1, 80% in year 2, 60% in year 3, 40% in year 4 and 20% in year 5.

A 48-volt, 100Ah server rack battery for home and off-grid storage
The ALPHA 5 is Rich Solar's 48V 100Ah LiFePO₄ server rack battery. Each module stores 4,800Wh and supports up to 100A of charge and discharge current, with less than 3% self-discharge per month.
A built-in smart BMS protects against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits and temperature extremes. The front panel has an LCD display, a DC circuit breaker and RS485, RS232 and CAN ports for inverter communication, and batteries can be connected in parallel for residential, commercial and off-grid storage.
High-performance LiFePO₄ cells
Grade A LiFePO₄ cells give each 48V module 4,800Wh of storage.

Intelligent battery management
