Shipping & handling

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers the ALPHA LITE series for 5 years on a prorated schedule: 100% in year 1, 80% in year 2, 60% in year 3, 40% in year 4 and 20% in year 5.

Overview
A 24-volt, 100Ah lithium battery with smart BMS protection
The ALPHA 4 LITE is Rich Solar's 25.6V 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery for 24-volt systems, without heating or Bluetooth. It stores 2,560Wh, is rated for 4,000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge, and supports up to 100A of continuous discharge.
An advanced BMS protects against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits and temperature risks, and stops charging below 32°F until conditions are safe. Up to four batteries can run in parallel for RV, marine, off-grid and backup power systems.
