Shipping & handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Parcel items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Freight items (panels, batteries, inverters and kits) typically arrive 5–14 business days after shipping.
- Rich Solar and SunGoldPower products ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum. Lensun shipping is based on weight and shown at checkout.
- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers the ALPHA PRO series for 10 years on a prorated schedule: full replacement in years 1 to 3, then partial coverage that steps down each year, from 85% in year 4 to 5% in year 10.

A 12-volt, 100Ah lithium battery with built-in heating and Bluetooth
The ALPHA 1 PRO is Rich Solar's premium 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery. It stores 1,280Wh, is rated for 7,000+ cycles at 70% depth of discharge, and is UL 1973 certified.
A built-in 100W heater lets it charge in freezing weather, and Bluetooth monitoring in the RICH SOLAR app shows state of charge, voltage, current and temperature. Up to four batteries can run in parallel for RVs, boats, cabins and off-grid systems.
Internal heater for subzero conditions
A built-in 100W heater warms the cells so the battery can charge safely in freezing weather.
