Shipping & handling

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers hybrid inverters for 3 years on a prorated schedule: 100% in year 1, 65% in year 2 and 30% in year 3. The page does not list this system's battery module under a battery series, and products it does not list are covered for 1 year, so confirm the battery term with us before you order.

A 120V inverter, solar charger and 5.12kWh battery in one system
Rich Solar's All-in-One Energy Storage System (RS-A10) combines a 6,500W pure sine wave inverter, a dual-MPPT solar charger that accepts up to 8,000W of PV, an AC battery charger and a 51.2V 100Ah (5,120Wh) lithium battery module.
It works with solar, utility power and generators, with programmable supply priority and Wi-Fi app monitoring for iOS and Android. The battery-independent design and expandable battery capacity suit off-grid and backup systems. It is rated IP20 for indoor installation.
