Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. ALPHA PRO batteries carry a 10-year prorated warranty, hybrid inverters a 3-year prorated warranty, and other items 1 year.

An 8,200-watt, 48-volt split-phase kit for homes, farms and workshops
The 8000W 48V-120/240VAC Solar Kit combines twenty 410W MEGA 410 panels (8,200W), eight 51.2V 100Ah ALPHA 5 PRO batteries (40.96kWh) and two 6,500W NOVA 6500S hybrid inverters. Rich Solar estimates about 29.5kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours.
The inverter pair delivers 13,000W continuous (26,000W surge) pure sine wave power with 120/240V split-phase output and dual 120A MPPT charge controllers. Two 600A busbars, 4/0 AWG battery cables, PV extension cables and two PV DC quick disconnect switches are in the box. Rich Solar's kit list does not include panel mounting hardware.
