Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

A 10kW, 48V split-phase solar inverter with dual MPPT
The SPH10048P is SunGoldPower's 10kW, 48V split-phase solar inverter. It delivers 10,000W (20,000W peak) at 120V/240V split phase or 120V single phase, with two MPPT trackers rated to 500V that take up to 11,000W of solar, and up to 200A of battery charging.
Up to six units can run in parallel for 60kW, including 208V three-phase. Four charging and four output modes, time-slot charging for peak and off-peak tariffs, and CAN/RS485 communication with SunGoldPower batteries are built in. It is an indoor (IP20) unit, and SunGoldPower publishes a UL 1741 certificate for it.
Dual MPPT with up to 11,000W of solar
Two MPPT trackers each accept up to 500V open-circuit, with a 125-425V operating range and up to 22A per input.

Wi-Fi monitoring and live LCD
A live LCD shows system data, and the Wi-Fi module gives quick access to inverter data in a mobile app.
