Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. ALPHA PRO batteries carry a 10-year prorated warranty, hybrid inverters a 3-year prorated warranty, and other items 1 year.

A 2,500-watt, 48-volt off-grid kit for cabins, tiny homes and workshops
The 2500W 48VDC-120VAC Solar Kit combines ten 250W MEGA 250 panels, two 51.2V 100Ah ALPHA 5 PRO batteries (10.24kWh) and a 6,500W NOVA 6500S hybrid inverter. Rich Solar estimates about 9.0kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours.
The inverter delivers 6,500W continuous (13,000W surge) pure sine wave power at 120V and has a built-in 120A MPPT charge controller, so it works with solar, battery, utility and generator inputs. Extension cables, ten sets of Z-brackets and a PV DC quick disconnect are in the box.
