Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

An adjustable solar panel tilt mount for roofs and flat surfaces
Rich Solar's adjustable tilt mount raises a solar panel on front and telescoping rear legs, designed for Rich Solar MEGA series panels. The RS-TM4 tilts 15–30° with 14.2 in legs, and the RS-TM6 tilts 30–60° with 26.0 in legs.
Preassembled bolts attach the aluminum alloy legs to the panel frame, locking bolts hold the chosen angle, and the included ST6.3 × 3 1/8 in (80 mm) screws and rubber washers fix it to flat surfaces and roofs.
Adjustable tilt with telescoping rear legs
Telescoping rear legs set the panel angle, and locking bolts hold the selected tilt position.
