Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 3-year warranty on the 3000W inverter and a 5-year warranty on the 24V batteries. The 200W panels carry a 25-year output warranty and, per the panel data sheet, a 5-year workmanship warranty. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

The SGKT-3PRO is SunGoldPower's 3000W, 24V solar kit with 120V output. It includes a 3000W all-in-one solar inverter charger, two 24V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries with Bluetooth (5.12kWh total) and four 200W monocrystalline panels (800W).
SunGoldPower describes it for RVs, off-grid homes and emergency backup. Mounting Z-brackets, a 50 ft solar extension cable, PV and DC breakers and 4 AWG cables are included, and the system can be extended later with more panels or batteries.
