Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's product page and data sheet list a 5-year warranty for this battery, starting on the date of purchase. Coverage is for the original buyer and excludes misuse, modification and unauthorized repair.

A 24-volt, 100Ah lithium battery with self-heating and Bluetooth
SunGoldPower's 25.6V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery stores 2,560Wh and is rated for 4,000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge. A built-in 100A BMS, an IP65 case and a self-heating function make it a fit for 24V solar systems, RVs, caravans and boats.
You can check voltage and state of charge on the built-in LCD or over Bluetooth with the SGP Battery app. For more capacity, up to four batteries can be connected in parallel.

Self-heating function
Heating switches on automatically when the core temperature drops below 33.8°F (1°C) and stops at 42.8°F (6°C), so the battery keeps charging in cold weather.

The battery management system protects against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuits and high temperature.
