Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 3-year warranty on the 8000W inverter and a 10-year warranty on the SG48100P batteries. The 450W panels carry a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

An 8kW, 120/240V kit with 10.24kWh of storage
The SGR-8K10E is SunGoldPower's 8000W, 48V off-grid solar kit with 120V/240V split-phase output. It includes an 8000W inverter, two 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 server rack batteries (10.24kWh) and eight 450W bifacial N-type panels (3,600W).
SunGoldPower says the array generates about 14.4kWh per day under 4 hours of full sun. The inverter has Wi-Fi monitoring, up to six can run in parallel, and mounting Z-brackets, breakers and cables are included.
Off-grid power for mid-sized homes and cabins
SunGoldPower describes this kit for mid-sized off-grid homes and remote cabins. The 8000W split-phase inverter runs most 120V and 240V appliances.

Three ways to charge
SunGoldPower shows approximate times to recharge the 10.24kWh battery by solar, AC power or both together. Actual times vary with sunlight, temperature and battery condition.

- AC only: about 2.4 hours (max 100A)
- Solar + AC: about 1.45 hours
8000W split-phase inverter
The inverter outputs 120V single-phase or 120/240V split-phase, and up to six can be connected in parallel for up to 48,000W.
