Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 3-year warranty on the 6500W inverter, a 10-year warranty on the lithium battery, and a 12-year material and workmanship warranty with a 25-year performance warranty on the 370W panels. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

A 6.5kW split-phase off-grid starter kit with 5.12kWh of storage
The SGM-655M is SunGoldPower's 6500W, 48V off-grid solar kit with 120V or 120/240V split-phase output. It combines the SPH6548P inverter, one 51.2V 100Ah wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery (5.12kWh) and six 370W monocrystalline panels (2,220W).
SunGoldPower pitches it as a starter package for an off-grid cabin or shop. Mounting Z-brackets, breakers and cables are included. The inverter has two MPPT inputs that accept up to 10,000W of solar, up to six units can run in parallel, and more batteries and panels can be added later.
