Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

Overview
A 24-volt, 580-watt bifacial panel for grid-tie and off-grid arrays
The MEGA 580 BIFACIAL (model RS-M580BF) is Rich Solar's 580-watt, 24-volt bifacial panel. Its 144 N-Type TOPCon cells with 16 busbars reach up to 25.1% cell efficiency, and the back side adds up to 25% more power depending on the albedo of the surface below.
It has 2.0 mm tempered glass on the front and rear, is rated for a 1500VDC maximum system voltage and works with on-grid and off-grid inverters. The 89.7 × 44.7 in, 68.8 lb panel mounts on Z-bracket, tilt, pole or ground racks using 8 pre-drilled holes. Rich Solar ships it by pallet only, and we offer packs of 8, 10 or 12 panels.
