Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 10-year warranty on the 11.4kW inverter (the inverter manual lists '5 Years/10 Years') and a 10-year warranty on the SG48100P batteries. The 450W panels carry a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

An 11.4kW split-phase hybrid kit with 20.48kWh of storage
The SGH-11N2E is SunGoldPower's 11.4kW, 48V split-phase hybrid solar kit. It combines the SGN-11K15PRO hybrid inverter, four SG48100P 51.2V 100Ah server rack LiFePO4 batteries (20.48kWh) in an enclosed battery cabinet, and sixteen 450W bifacial N-type panels (7,200W).
The system can run off-grid, hybrid or grid-tied: it powers loads from solar, can export surplus to the grid and stores energy to offset bills or provide backup during outages. Breakers, PV extension cables and 2/0 AWG battery cables are included.
