Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's kit page lists a 3-year warranty on the 8000W inverter, a 5-year warranty on the 12V 200Ah batteries, and a 12-year material and workmanship warranty with a 25-year output warranty on the 450W panels. Coverage starts on the purchase date and is for the original buyer.

An 8kW, 120/240V off-grid kit for whole-home loads
The SGK-8MAX is SunGoldPower's 8000W, 48V off-grid solar kit with 120V/240V split-phase output. It includes an 8000W solar inverter, four 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 batteries with Bluetooth (10.24kWh) and twelve 450W monocrystalline panels (5,400W).
SunGoldPower describes it for off-grid homes and emergency backup, with enough capacity for larger appliances such as air conditioners, washers and water pumps. Mounting Z-brackets, breakers and cables are included, up to six inverters can run in parallel, and more panels or batteries can be added later.
