Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

A 450-watt mono PERC panel for home and off-grid arrays
SunGoldPower's SG450WM is a 450-watt monocrystalline PERC panel with 120 Grade A cells and 20.79% module efficiency. It performs well in low light and is listed to UL 61730 and CEC.
An IP68 junction box and connectors, 3.2 mm tempered glass and a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum frame suit it to all-weather use, and pre-drilled holes make ground or rooftop mounting straightforward. SunGoldPower backs it with a 12-year material and workmanship warranty and a 25-year output warranty.

120 Grade A 182 mm monocrystalline PERC cells give 20.79% module efficiency and perform well in low light.
