Shipping & handling

- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers MPPT charge controllers for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

A 50-amp DC-DC and MPPT solar charger for 12V batteries
The BRAVO 50 DC is Rich Solar's 50-amp charger for 12V batteries that combines an MPPT solar controller with a DC-DC alternator charger. It charges from solar and the vehicle alternator at the same time or separately, with over 99% MPPT tracking efficiency.
It works with conventional and smart 12V or 24V alternators and with lead-acid and lithium batteries. Bluetooth and the RICH SOLAR app handle monitoring and setup, and RS485, CAN (RV-C) and TTL interfaces are built in.
Advanced dual-source charging
The BRAVO 50 DC charges a 12V battery from solar panels and the vehicle alternator, at the same time or separately.
