Shipping & handling

Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers MPPT charge controllers for 2 years on a prorated schedule: full coverage in year 1 and 50% in year 2.

Overview
A 60-amp MPPT controller for 12V to 48V systems up to 3,200W
Rich Solar's 60 Amp MPPT solar charge controller works with 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery banks and detects the system voltage automatically. It accepts up to 150V of solar input and handles up to 800W of panels at 12V, rising to 3,200W at 48V.
An LCD with button controls and LED indicators shows status and fault codes, and the controller stores up to a year of operating data. RS485/RS232 (Modbus) communication is built in, the RS232 port takes the optional BT-1 Bluetooth module, and a 20A load output can run DC loads.
