Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. PWM charge controllers carry a 1-year warranty.

A 50-watt, 12-volt solar kit with a 30A PWM controller for small systems
The 50 Watt Solar Kit from Rich Solar pairs one MEGA 50 panel (50W, 12V) with a BRAVO LEGEND 30 PWM charge controller (30A, RS-PWM30P). Under four peak sun hours, the array produces approximately 0.2kWh per day.
The kit includes 20 ft solar cables, 10 ft battery cables, a set of four Z-brackets and a 10A inline fuse holder with fuse. The controller detects 12V or 24V systems and works with sealed, gel, flooded and lithium batteries. A battery and inverter are not included.
