Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
SunGoldPower's product page lists a 10-year warranty for this battery, starting on the date of purchase. Coverage is for the original buyer and excludes misuse, modification and unauthorized repair.

A 48-volt, 5.12kWh self-heating server rack battery for cold climates
The SGH48100T is SunGoldPower's 51.2V 100Ah server rack LiFePO4 battery with built-in self-heating. It stores 5.12kWh, is rated for 7,000+ cycles with a 15-year design life, and carries a 10-year warranty and UL1973 certification.
Heating switches on automatically between -13°F and 41°F and brings the pack up to 53.6°F so it can charge in freezing weather. The 3U pack talks to most inverters over RS485 and CAN, and up to 32 batteries can run in parallel.
Self-heating for cold climates
Heating switches on automatically between -13°F and 41°F and raises the pack to 53.6°F (12°C), so the system is ready to charge in freezing weather.
- -13°F to 14°F: heating only
- 14°F to 41°F: heating plus a small charging current
- Above 53.6°F: heating stops, normal charging

Tier 1 automotive LFP cells are rated for more than 7,000 cycles, with a 15-year design life.
