Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.

Five pairs of MC4-compatible solar connectors for 10 and 12 AWG wire
This Rich Solar pack holds five male and five female solar connectors for building or repairing photovoltaic cable runs. They are MC4 compatible, rated 30A and 1000V DC, and fit 10 AWG and 12 AWG wire.
The connectors assemble and disconnect without special tools. Tin-plated copper contacts and an IP67 weatherproof design protect against water, dust and harsh outdoor conditions, for solar panels, extension cables, RVs and off-grid installations.
