- Freight deliveries need an appointment and a signature, and are delivered curbside.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, not installed, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without one are refused.
- For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged on arrival? Report it within 3 business days of delivery and we arrange a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Rich Solar's warranty page covers rigid solar panels with a 25-year power output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, prorated after the first three years. MPPT charge controllers carry a 2-year prorated warranty.

A 400-watt slim-panel solar kit for RVs, vans, trailers and boats
The 400W Slim Kit pairs four 100W, 12V MEGA 100 SLIM ONYX panels (RS-M100SLB) with a BRAVO 30 30A MPPT charge controller (RS-MPPT30PB). Rich Solar estimates about 1.4kWh of energy per day under 4 peak sun hours, and the slim profile suits compact rooftops.
A 30 ft solar cable set, a Y branch parallel adapter, a 10 ft 8 AWG battery cable, four sets of Z-brackets and a 15A inline fuse holder come in the box. The BRAVO 30 detects 12V or 24V systems and shows live data in the RICH SOLAR app. Battery and inverter are not included.

BRAVO 30 MPPT charge controller
The BRAVO 30 regulates charging from the panels to the battery with up to 99.5% MPPT tracking efficiency and up to 98% conversion efficiency.

Five-step wiring
Rich Solar's diagram joins the four slim panels with the Y branch adapter and runs them through the 15A inline fuse to the 30A MPPT controller, then on to a 12V battery.
